WHAT YOU’LL DO : Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with precision and professionalism Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked Ensure systems meet safety and performance standards while exceeding customer expectations Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely project completion Work independently and efficiently while representing the company with pride and professionalism REQUIREMENTS : Current Alaska Journeyman HVAC License (or equivalent certification) 3+ years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance Solid understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided) BENEFITS : Competitive hourly pay ($30–$40 DOE) Company vehicle and fuel card provided Full medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays and PTO (k) retirement plan Consistent local work — no out-of-town travel Supportive leadership and a strong, team-first culture
