Sunstates Security is hiring a Full-Time Account Manager in the Troutdale , OR area for 1st shift, Monday - Friday . The pay rate for this position is $32.05 / hr - .

Requirements :

• One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or management
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Must always be accessible for phone communication.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills
• Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to work independently.
• Clean background, and drug screen
• Leadership experience required
• Payroll and scheduling experience required

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

WA State Security License
