Job Opportunity: Used Truck Manager
Are you an experienced professional in the Class 8 Heavy Duty Truck market, skilled in selling used trucks or managing used truck operations for dealers? If so, we want to hear from you!

About Us:
T3 Recruiters specializes in placing people in the Heavy Truck, Agricultural Equipment, Heavy, Compact and Rental Construction Equipment, Material Handling, Marine and Power Generation Industries.
Our client is a leading player in the Class 8 Heavy Truck industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Regional Used Truck Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cost and Operations Management: Efficiently oversee the operational aspects of our used truck division, ensuring optimal cost management and resource utilization.
- Sales Leadership: Lead our used truck sales team by example, driving sales initiatives, and exceeding targets.
- Talent Development: Foster the growth and development of our used truck sales staff, identifying and nurturing talent within the team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling used trucks or managing used truck operations in the Class 8 Heavy Duty Truck market.
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
This has a competitive compensation package comprising a base salary and commissions, with a guaranteed income during the first year. First year compensation has a range of $150,000 - $175,000 and a strong upside for a person who can grow this division.
