Land Acquisition Analyst

A company is looking for a Land Acquisition Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead negotiation, preparation, and execution of land agreements

Resolve title and survey issues by collaborating with stakeholders and experts

Manage third-party land agents and ensure data accuracy and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Land Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in real estate development or acquisition, preferably in energy or large-scale infrastructure

Strong understanding of real estate agreements, including leases and easements

Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Google Earth, and GIS tools

Familiarity with land, environmental, or policy frameworks relevant to large-scale development
