Account Manager

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned customers

Conduct regular business reviews and manage customer outreach

Research and troubleshoot customer issues while maintaining communication with clients and internal staff

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree

Experience in healthcare and / or software / technology service industries

Experience with CRM solutions, especially Gainsight and Salesforce

Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or related market-facing roles

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues effectively
