A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner specializing in Workday Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze human capital trends and metrics to develop supportive solutions and policies
Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Operations managers, ensuring fair application of policies
Lead the administration and optimization of the Human Capital Management system, focusing on Workday functionality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
4 years of experience in Human Resources
2 years of Workday system administration experience
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Experience in employment law and regulations required
