[job_card.job_description]Masters Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited college. Valid registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or license-eligible. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a psychiatric facility preferred.

Responsibilities / Job Duties :
- Provide individual, conjoint, and family therapy to assigned clients.
- Develop and implement coordinated service plans in collaboration with program staff.
- Participate in intra-agency and inter-agency conferences to enhance service quality and coordination.
- Ensure continuity of care and participate in the discharge planning process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports as necessary.
- Refer clients to appropriate community resources when needed.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and referrals.
- Monitor client satisfaction and adjust services as necessary.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements :
Schedule / Shift : Monday - Friday 830am-5pm
