Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are currently supporting an outpatient Primary Care opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within a structured weekday schedule.

This position is well-suited for providers seeking consistency, work-life balance, and a lower-acuity outpatient environment.

Requirements
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Primary care experience required
• Active state license (or ability to obtain)
