Information Technology Support Specialist (Boston)

Role : Senior IT Support Engineer

Mission :

Youll be part of an IT Support team that provides simple, intuitive, and hassle-free IT support to your colleagues. Youll help make sure every Simply Business employee has reliable IT systems and quite literally keep our engine room humming.

Location : Boston (Hybrid / 2 days a week)

Salary : up to $95K

Work authorization : This role requires you to be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications (2+ years of experience) :

• Administration of Google Workspace
• Network administration
• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Intune
• Deploying, supporting, and managing Apple MacBooks using Jamf MDM
