About the Job

As an Owner Operator, you will operate under our authority hauling consistent freight across designated regions. You will work directly with experienced dispatchers who focus on keeping you loaded, paid fairly, and informed at all times.

We offer transparent rate confirmations, no forced dispatch, and fast settlements. Drivers can choose how long they want to stay out and have flexibility with home time. Support with permits, routing, and compliance is provided so you can focus on running your truck and making money.

This is a long-term partnership opportunity for professional owner operators looking for steady freight, respect, and reliable pay.

Job Summary

  • Owner Operator
  • Lease purchase program available
  • Flatbed trailer, Single Drop and Curtain Van
  • OTR
  • $7,000 - $10,000 gross total weekly avg. pay. Paid weekly.
  • 85% of load
  • 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
  • Paid fuel surcharge
  • Base plate discounts available
  • Dedicated, Line Haul, LTL
  • No Driver Load / Unload
  • 25% tarping

Home Time

  • 5 - 30 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Home at least one weekend per month

    • Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

  • Max truck age : No policy
  • No overdimensional trucks allowed

    • Orientation Details

  • Orientation is not paid for
  • Does not cover accommodation
  • Drivers get their own room
  • No meals are included
  • Covers some or all travel expenses

    • Hiring Requirements

  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
  • 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
  • 6 months Flatbed experience
