Florida Licensed Dialysis Director

A company is looking for a Dialysis Regional Director to oversee the operation of dialysis clinics in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall operations of assigned clinics, including fiscal, clinical, and regulatory aspects

Coordinate new center development from opportunity identification to opening and licensure

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while achieving financial and quality patient care targets

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of management experience in a multi-site healthcare provider or 5-10 years as a dialysis center Administrator

Bachelor's degree in business or nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and USRC applications

Demonstrated analytical skills
