Requirements :

Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics
Licensed in Texas

Practice Details :

Join a team of 1 Pediatrician and 2 NPs

3 exam rooms, private office, dedicated MA

Practice operations managed, including billing, collections, insurance rate negotiation, and office staff

EMR, in-house allergy techs, and in-house X-Ray available

Enjoy autonomy in your schedule by setting your hours and managing patient limits

Referral network for pediatric specialists available

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary of $200,000 guaranteed base plus production

Providers can expect to make $600k annually or more with a patient load of 50 per day with a Nurse Practitioner

Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000

Sign-on bonus between $10,000-$15,000

Full comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k with 5% match

Malpractice with tail provided
