Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices
• Entering, posting and reconciling batches
• Researching and resolving accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors
• Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Collections
• Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks

Requirements:

• 2-4 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong 10-key scores
• QuickBooks or any equivalent system experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills
• Ability to follow up on pending issues
• Ability to meet deadlines
