We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy Cleaning Professional to support the upkeep of our commercial, residential and vacation properties. This position begins at 1520 hours per week with strong potential to expand into a full-time property and household management role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization across commercial, residential and vacation properties.

Manage and order commercial cleaning and household supplies following a set budget.

Perform interior upkeep of a truck fleet (vacuuming, dashboard wipe-downs, etc.).

Travel within Omaha and Southwest Iowa (up to 60 miles).

Uphold strict standards of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with strong, verifiable references.

Transportation : mileage reimbursement or access to a company vehicle will be provided when necessary.

Ability to pass background, drug, and credit checks.

Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and NDA.

Strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

$24$27 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
