Lead Product Manager - Gift Registry (Must have)

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

• 6–8 years of experience in product management, preferably with gifting domain knowledge from similar ecommerce brands
• Even aggregators of registry (i.e. Babylist, Zola) would be interesting
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap for complex, omnichannel experiences (digital, mobile, and in-store).
• Strong expertise in customer journey mapping and experience optimization, with a focus on engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, including analytics, A / B testing, and KPI tracking for product performance.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments, partnering with engineering, marketing, merchandising, store operations, and customer care.
• Strong technical fluency — ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering teams on implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and aligning multiple brands under a unified vision.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in lean, fast-paced environments, balancing short-term improvements with long-term platform modernization.
• Strong project management skills, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
