Role name : Oracle HCM Cloud

Role Description :

  • Contributes and provides input to the development / implementation projects.
  • Work with BSAs in requirements gathering, configuration & development, review, testing and implementation of system and process enhancements or projects including the preparation and review of associated documentation.
  • Lead, drive and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information.
  • Work direction is only provided for new areas of work or unique assignments.

Essential Skills :

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Good knowledge in Oracle Core HR, Time and Labor and Payroll modules
  • Good knowledge in Oracle Journeys Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
  • Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
  • Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM.
  • Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
  • Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
  • Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
  • Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
  • Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
  • Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS
