What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, both inside the business and around the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any suspicious behaviors, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols. Assist visitors and employees with directions, information, and general inquiries within the retail and mall setting. Maintain clear and accurate logs or reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur on site. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment. Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
