Your role at BHSN :

As a Family Support Peer Specialist, you bring self-identified lived experience—either as a parent / caregiver of a child with significant behavioral health needs or through personal experience with mental health and / or substance use recovery—to provide engagement and support in community and office settings. You will work as part of the clinic team, assisting with risk assessments, brief interventions, care management, and follow-up support after a crisis or appointment. At the discretion of the program director, you may also train and supervise other staff as appropriate. In every interaction, you are expected to deliver compassionate, high-quality care aligned with the organization’s core values.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, with one evening until 6 : 00pm.
