Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic lead for clients, building strong relationships to understand their business goals and needs
Manage complex enterprise renewal and upsell cycles, demonstrating product benefits to stakeholders
Educate clients on new use cases and features while documenting customer status and next steps internally
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Account Management experience within a SaaS company, preferably in ecommerce
Proven success in managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles
Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets
Ability to influence VP+ and C-level stakeholders
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and the ability to analyze related data
