Title : Web Testing Lead

Location : Baltimore, MD (Hybrid With 3 days in Office per-week)

Experience :

Experience with screen readers or other assistive technologies

Familiarity with usability testing tools (e.g., Hotjar, Maze, Optimal Workshop)

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)

Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., SiteImprove, Jira, Trello)

Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or Matomo

Previous government experience preferred

Website testing principles and quality assurance methods

Accessibility standards and usability best practices

Web browsing behavior and challenges faced by non-technical users

Common content management systems and site structures

Problem-solving and critical thinking

Written and visual communication of findings

Cross-functional collaboration

Curiosity and empathy for users with diverse backgrounds and needs
