I began my journey with State Farm in 2006, working for an agent before opening my own agency in 2014. Today, I lead a team of seven, where collaboration and a supportive work environment are at the core of what we do.

With a background in Recreation from Pacific Lutheran University, I have always valued community involvement and mentorship. Ive had the privilege of volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, and Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Ramirez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
