Job Summary

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a strong interest or background in pediatric care to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent preventive and acute care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including newborns through adolescents
  
  
• Conduct well-child visits, physical exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
  
  
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  
  
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care
  
  
• Follow all clinical guidelines, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
  
  
• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  
  
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  
  
• Current DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• BLS and ACLS certification
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
