A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a HVAC Project Manager. Job - HVAC Project Manager Duration - 12 Months / Contract Location - Minneapolis Minnesota 55402-3601 Shift Information - Hybrid Overview : The HVAC Project Manager (PM) will oversee HVAC capital replacement projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. This role requires strong coordination and communication with store and field leaders, equipment manufacturers, installation vendors, and HVAC Operations program owners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and familiar with construction processes and client reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and draft contracts using Procore.
• Track and update project milestones in Smartsheet and Skylight.
• Provide data and insights for ad-hoc business reviews and reporting to Program Owners.
• Monitor and respond to communications on Viva Engage.
• Schedule and manage calendar appointments for project kickoff calls.
