Adelphi is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)to perform advanced nursing care at a facility in Denton County, Texas. The ideal LVN will provide treatment, support, and general welfare services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex medical, mental health, and behavioral needs. JOB QUICK FACTS :

• Rate : $33$36 / hr REQUIREMENTS :
• Completion of an approved LVN program
• Valid, unencumbered Texas LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute or long-term care
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting
• Must complete facility and agency onboarding and training
• Must meet all immunization requirements set by Agency
• Must be available to start any day of the week RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Provide daily nursing care and medication administration.
• Deliver treatment and monitor general welfare of residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Perform routine and advanced nursing tasks as assigned.
• Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with medication education and patient health management.
• Adhere to all facility, state, and agency policies and procedures.
• Perform data entry and electronic charting (training provided).
• Maintain current CPR and demonstrate ability to perform it safely.
• Follow ICF-IDD, agency, and facility policies and directives.
