Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and develop new business relationships with mortgage servicers and financial institutions
Engage senior and C-level executives to present and sell HomeSafe Second as a strategic second-lien solution
Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of progressive experience in the mortgage industry, focusing on business development or strategic partnerships
Demonstrated success in selling complex mortgage or financial products to senior decision-makers
Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations and portfolio-based sales strategies
Proven ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy role
Advanced negotiation skills with experience in structuring partnership agreements
