A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize systems and processes for the global sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage contract processes, including drafting, approvals, and legal reviews
Develop and maintain internal tools for pricing and oversee Salesforce setup for client projects
Collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting, quota setting, and process improvements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and related sales enablement tools
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
