Technical Program Manager - Physical Security

Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Program Manager to drive our Physical Security initiatives. As a key member of our Security Programs team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of security infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will partner with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, legal, compliance, and facilitiesto define, design, and execute solutions that safeguard Oracle's physical assets globally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction).
• Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies.
• Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials.
• Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $106,300 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
