Nurse Manager – Critical Care CVICU
Location : & Dallas, TX
Salary Range : $106K - $125K

As a Nurse Manager of Critical Care (CVICU), you'll play a key role in driving clinical success within a thriving, centrally located Dallas facility.
Key Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or active multi-state compact license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 4 years of acute CVICU / ICU clinical experience
- At least 1 year of recent unit leadership or supervisory experience (charge nurse, clinical lead, or manager) within the last 12 months
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Demonstrated leadership skills : staff supervision, performance management, and team development
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance (e.g., Joint Commission), and patient safety programs
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and common clinical documentation systems
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (MSN, MHA, or related)National specialty certification such as CCRN and / or CNRNPrior experience managing budgets, staffing models, and operational metrics for a critical care unitExperience in a Magnet-recognized or similar high-acuity teaching hospital environmentFamiliarity with onboarding and professional development programs for critical care nursesExperience leading clinical practice changes, evidence-based practice implementation, or research initiativesWhy Join Us?
