UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an excellent Women s Health opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the beautiful western suburbs of Chicago.
Two OBGYN Physicians in practice
Two clinic locations : La Grange and North Riverside
Experienced APPs preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
Opportunity to build own patient panel
Spanish speaking candidates, a plus
Affiliation with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Center La Grange

Annual Salary : $110K 118K
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Training
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
- Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Illinois license in good standing
- Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
- Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
- Current CPR certification
