Sr. Manager, Record To Report (R2R) Digital Lead - S / 4 HANA

Rtx has an opening for a Sr. Manager, Business Systems And Transformation position. This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program : blueprint, build, testing, cutover & hypercare. You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using Sap's S / 4hana solution.

What You Will Do

Support day to day planning and orchestration of blueprint activities for the R2R workstream. Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S / 4hana, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices. Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program.

Qualifications You Must Have

Minimum 10+ years experience with Record to Report (R2R) digital experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent combination of related work and schooling in lieu of degree. Experience in Record to Report (R2R) + Experience with Sap S4 HANA transformation + Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

Strong understanding of finance processes including but not limited to : Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G / L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition + Program Management : Ability to plan, manage & deliver across numerous bodies of work helping to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Sap systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities. Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects or similarly regulated, large organization + Experience with agile frameworks / iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects Ability to travel up to 30%.

This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Farmington, CT

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Rtx considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
