TechOps Lead - Healthcare Applications

A company is looking for a TechOps Lead (Healthcare Applications).

Key Responsibilities

Manage operational excellence for technology delivery and generate SLA / Operational reports

Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis for incidents in production support

Prioritize daily operational events and manage incidents using service management systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum of 6 years' experience in a customer-facing production support environment

Strong experience with healthcare payer platforms and service management tools

Experience with SQL and cloud environments (AWS / GCP) is desirable

ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL-based operations
