Quality Assurance Technician- Pay up to $29 / HR (DOE)- Long Term Contract

KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Quality Assurance Technician, for a growing client of ours, to support our Quality Department. This individual will be responsible for completing PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation, performing measurements, interpreting technical drawings, managing required paperwork, and communicating with customers, including submitting information through online portals.

This is a Long Term Contract with possiblities potenially.  Ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and maintains a high level of accuracy. Candidates with hands-on experience in quality processes such as PPAPs, First Article Inspections, SPC, and ISO practices are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize PPAP and First Article Inspection packages, including document uploads to customer portals
• Perform dimensional checks using appropriate measuring tools, including Steel Rule Die evaluations
• Input and submit material data through IMDS and CDX systems
• Participate in internal quality discussions, engineering change reviews, and problem-solving meetings
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal quality procedures and workflows
• Provide backup support to the quality team as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other measurement software effectively
