Join Our Team as an Independent Hair Stylist at Ruttger’s Bay Lake Resort!

Ruttger’s Bay Lake Resort is looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to provide exceptional services to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an independent contractor in a beautiful, resort setting where your creativity and skills will shine.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed Hair Stylist with experience in cuts, color, and styling
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own business operations

Responsibilities

As an independent stylist, you will :

  • Provide a full range of hair care services, including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
  • Build your own clientele, while welcoming walk-ins and referrals.
  • Manage your own payments, and schedules.
  • Supply your own tools and professional supplies (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
  • Follow all state board regulations and health / safety standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative salon environment.

    Requirements : Qualifications

  • Professional liability insurance
  • Valid cosmetology license in Minnesota

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
