CNC Machinist- Operator Programmer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts.Duties

• Set up and operate CNC milling machine, select tooling, set work/offsets, prove out programs
• Program in G-code and use CAM (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
• Read and apply GD&T; interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Hold tight tolerances (e.g., ±0.001") on materials like aluminum, stainless
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges; document results
• Troubleshoot tool wear, chatter, and dimensional drift; optimize feeds/speeds

Skill Requirements:

• 3+ years CNC machining, including setup and programming mills
• Working knowledge of G-code; comfortable editing at the control
• CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, Gibbs, etc.) a strong plus
• Solid blueprint reading & GD&T skills; shop math
• Experience with tight tolerances and precision measurement tools
• Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-minded; able to work independently and in a team

This position offers a Monday - Friday 6am-2:30 pm work schedule with full benefits package offered.
