About the Job :

As Group Art Supervisor, you will lead Art Direction across multiple brands, driving ideation, creative execution, and strategic brand solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain creative integrity and supervise the growth and development of Art team members. You will also oversee the creation of high-quality materials that solve creative briefs, while ensuring quality control and adherence to agency processes and client requirements.

A Day in the Life :

• Provide art direction and creative execution across multiple brands, developing bold ideas and managing day-to-day Art needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management, to drive creative vision.
• Partner with Copy teams to execute creative approaches, communicating brand personality and messages.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, staying up-to-date on client marketplaces, competition, and marketing objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear presentations, thorough understanding of brand data, and strategic direction.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire Art teams, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and overseeing talent management.

What you will need :

Salary

$120,000 to $170,000 annually
