Overview: The Program Director manages the program and delivers high quality clinical, rehabilitative and culturally competent services focusing on adults diagnosed with substance use disorders. Performs intake interviews/assessments; treatment plan development and implementation; coordinates discharge planning. Develops and maintains good working relationship with resident referral sources and other related substance abuse, mental health and community service programs. Ensures program is following compliance with all agencies, clinical, fiscal, DHCS and licensure requirements.
