A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support healthcare operations through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support business partners with metrics communication and analyze financial and patient outcomes
Explore healthcare data sets to identify trends and prepare department reports using analytical tools
Collaborate across departments to design and implement new data solutions based on stakeholder needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field
4+ years of experience in a business / reporting analyst role focused on Healthcare Operations
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and / or Tableau
Strong skills in quantitative analysis using Excel Power Pivot, SQL, or similar query languages
Familiarity with project management and experience in designing models for patient outcomes
