This summary provides a listing of the knowledge, skills and abilities that are critical components for the position of Records Analyst.

General

This position is responsible for performing data entry and other administrative tasks within our Maintenance tracking software. The Data entry specialist oversees and is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the company’s policies and procedures and is responsible for ensuring a high degree and accuracy and timeliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and obtain corrections to discrepant records.
• Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data duplication from paper records to AMOS.
• Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed.
• Process component removal and installation records.
• Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data.
• Set up/install inspections in computer system.
• Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Maintenance Control Supervisor.
• Prepare and distribute relevant reporting as requested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Associate’s degree or greater preferred)
• Highly ethical, trustworthy individual.
• Must posses strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately perform simply to semi-advanced calculations.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with intermediate keyboarding / data entry abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Possess and maintain a valid Drivers License and driving record from the state of your primary residence that meets the Company’s insurance standards.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
• Eligible to work in the United States.
