Typical first-year earnings : $75,000+

What You’ll Do

This role is all about building new relationships and opening new business accounts in your territory.

Engage with local businesses prospecting daily through outreach, visits, drop-ins, and networking

Build a strong, organized pipeline of opportunities

Understand customer needs and present tailored uniform & facility service solutions

Work toward weekly activity goals and long-term revenue targets

Spend about one day a week in the office for team collaboration and planning

Maintain accurate CRM notes to support team visibility and forecasting

You’ll have a high degree of autonomy — but never feel like you’re doing it alone.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations

You’re self-motivated, organized, and eager to win as part of a team

You’re comfortable doing proactive outreach and visiting customers in person

B2B sales or new business development experience is a plus

Industrial services experience is helpful but not required

Bilingual skills are a bonus
