We are looking to hire a Part-time Payroll Admin Assistant for an area company. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate. This will be a part-time (about 20 hours per week) position Monday-Friday and pay will be $18-$20 per hour DOE.

As our Part-time Payroll Admin Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties :

  • Payroll
  • Daily invoicing
  • Account Receivables
  • Account Payables
  • Collections
  • Setting up ISTC training
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Scanning and replying to emails
  • 941- weekly
  • Filing
  • Facilitating office workflow functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements :

  • 2-3 years experience in payroll and accounts payables and receivables.
  • Experience in 941 reporting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements including background check and drug screen.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
