A company is looking for a Senior Operations Enablement Manager - Revenue & Billing.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new product operationalization and revenue readiness by building operational workflows and frameworks
Support incident management and operational health through triage, resolution, and reporting
Optimize systems in alignment with financial outcomes by enhancing processes and identifying technology-enabled solutions
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in financial operations, revenue operations, or product enablement
Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and billing systems
Experience in operationalizing new products and stabilizing production incidents
Familiarity with accounting teams and systems like NetSuite
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process, people, and systems
