PMO Analyst – Resource Management (SAP Transformation)
Location : Oakland, CA
Work Model : Hybrid (Remote Monday and Friday, Onsite Tuesday Wednesday Thursday)
Pay Rate : $55 / hour

About the Role
We are supporting a large, multi-year enterprise business and IT transformation focused on migrating from a legacy SAP environment to a greenfield clean-core SAP S / 4HANA platform. The program spans multiple business functions and is entering its third year, transitioning into detailed design and deployment for the first major release.
This role sits within the Program Management Office and owns the Resource Management workstream for a large, complex program with a mix of internal employees and external consultants.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and manage resource tracking for a program supporting approximately 1,000 internal and external resources
- Maintain and update staffing plans, tracking joins, exits, extensions, and changes
- Monitor vendor affiliation, onshore versus offshore status, and individual bill rates
- Partner with approximately 15 cross-functional teams to forecast workforce needs and changes
- Collaborate closely with Finance to support accurate monthly cost and spend forecasting
- Partner with onboarding and offboarding teams to forecast and report staffing activity
- Produce clear summary tables, charts, and graphs for leadership reporting
- Facilitate resource management meetings and conduct regular stakeholder check-ins
- Manage large, dynamic datasets primarily in Excel and Power BI
- Support PMO leadership with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

3+ years of experience in a PMO, resource management, or program analyst roleStrong experience managing large datasets in ExcelHighly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracyConfident communicator comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levelsExperience supporting onboarding and offboarding processesAnalytical mindset with the ability to summarize complex information clearlyComfortable working in a fast-changing, highly collaborative environmentIndustry or SAP experience is a plus but not required.
