A company is looking for a Senior Manager of IT - Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of IAM engineers and analysts on identity lifecycle automation and security

Serve as the technical authority on IAM, overseeing complex integrations and migrations to modern platforms

Develop and enforce IAM policies while managing team budgets and project portfolios

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IAM engineering or related IT / security functions

Demonstrated leadership with hands-on experience in identity platform migrations

Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise IAM / IAG platforms

Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks

Experience with hybrid IAM and public cloud identity management
