We’re searching for a caregiver who not only understands the unique needs of memory care clients but also knows how to add warmth, imagination, and meaningful engagement to each visit.

Who We’re Looking For

A calm, patient, and skilled caregiver who thinks beyond the basics. Someone who can:

• Use creativity to spark connection—conversation, music, gentle activities, storytelling
  
  
• Provide grounding reassurance and redirection with kindness
  
  
• Support safe evening routines and foster a soothing environment
  
  
• Maintain dignity while offering personal care and mobility assistance
  
  
• Prepare simple meals or snacks that fit the client’s evening needs
  
  
• Create a clean, comfortable, and peaceful atmosphere
  
  
• Notice subtle changes and communicate them thoughtfully
  
  

This role is ideal for someone who brings heart, skill, and a touch of artistry to caregiving.

Shift Details

• Weekends only
  
  
• Evening shifts ranging from: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM or 5 PM - 9 PM
  
  
• Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

️ What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience, with memory care required
  
  
• 18 years or older
  
  
• High School Diploma or GED
  
  
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  
  
• Clear communication and a calm, patient presence
  
  
• Ability to pass a background and CAPS check
  
  
• 3 professional references
  
  
• Proof of current negative TB test within 30 days of hire
