They meticulously analyze this data, taking into account the company's goals and financial standing. Providing Creative Alternatives and Recommendations : These analysts offer creative alternatives to reduce costs and improve financial performance. They provide recommendations based on their analysis to maximize financial efficiency. Structuring Sophisticated Reports : Financial Analysts assemble and summarize data to create sophisticated reports on financial status and risks. These reports aid decision-makers in understanding the company's financial health. Business Studies and Forecast Models : Financial Analysts perform business studies on past, future, and comparative performance. They develop forecast models to guide decision making. Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. Hands-on experience with financial analysis. Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills. Knowledge of financial projecting, corporate finance, and information analysis. Prepare monthly actual / budget and projection reports. Provide budget variance explanations and summary reports to management. Prepare documentation for monthly budget meetings and prioritization meetings. Lead data collection and revision of the budget and projections. Budget / financial research, analysis, planning, preparation, monitoring, etc. Provide budgeting and accounting services and training for clients. Ensure accurate accounting & providing general accounting services. Provide management with analysis and information to help with allocation of resources and identification of cost savings opportunities. Support your business unit ensuring that all budget / cost targets are met. Provide guidance and data to various departments for development of financial models. Keep compliance highly visible. Perform required control activities and audits to ensure compliance with internal controls, processes, and procedures. Lead and / or manage special projects as required. Establish and maintain effective relationships and communications with business unit and corporate partners.
