A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Resource Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure prompt and optimal staffing using Certinia PSA
Collaborate with various teams to understand resourcing demand and manage resource forecasting
Continuously refine operational processes and support the development of the Customer Success strategy
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a Resource Management or Professional Services role
Understanding of tactical and strategic Resource Management processes
Experience with Certinia or similar modern PSA tools
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and workflows
