Job Summary :

As a Project Manager Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, development, and manufacturing of our construction materials and building products. Leveraging your strong technical expertise and project management acumen, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensure the successful completion of engineering projects, and drive continuous improvements to our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective strategies to overcome challenges
• Analyze project data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management

Qualifications :

Working Conditions :

This position will be based at our manufacturing facility from time to time but remote is a possibility as well, with a mix of office and on-site work. Occasional travel may be required to visit project sites or attend industry events. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented, industrial setting.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target pay range for this position is $75000 to 100k per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
