Key Responsibilities
Owns the full lifecycle of assigned implementations, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on plan design and administrative workflows
Manages multiple concurrent implementations while identifying risks and driving resolutions
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in insurance, benefits, or a related industry
1-2 years of client-facing or customer-facing experience preferred
Working knowledge of one or more Group Benefit products
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
