Position Overview

We are searching for a motivated and service-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Los Angeles team. This role focuses on supporting client needs, maintaining strong communication, and assisting with daily account activities. Responsibilities :

Assist clients with general questions, requests, and service needs.

Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and follow-up notes.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients receive the support and information they need.

Help prepare client reports, updates, and meeting materials.

Build positive client relationships through reliable communication and problem-solving.

Uphold company service standards and ensure a professional client experience at all times.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
