Worker will work in the Client's Information Technology Division (ITD) Applications Section. Primary duties will consist of designing and development of MuleSoft APIs / integrations for the RULIS application. Worker may perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience working with development of APIs;
• 5 years of experience with SOAP and REST web services, well versed with spring framework;
• 5 years of experience in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API - SOAP, REST, XML, YAML, CSV, TCP, WebSocket, HTTP, REST, JSON, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, FTP
• 5 years of good understanding of underlying Mule ESB architecture with experience of server administration and physical deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid);
• 7 years skilled with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a solution architecture development. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs deep analysis of systems and the interactions and defines the most efficient solutions for the interaction between the systems.
• 5 years of hands-on development experience in Mule 4.x including RAML design, REST API design, Flow, Sub flow, message processor, connectors, components, scopes, flow control, error handling, batch processing, Dataweave 2.x, java, custom connector SDK, MUnits
• 5 years of experience in developing, deploying and managing flows using Anypoint Studio and Cloud Hub
• 5 years of experience integrating with Cloud / SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications
• 5 years of experience designing, developing, securing and managing APIs via API Gateways and proxies
• 4 years of experience developing API strategy and roll out API templates
